If you are a sandwich expert (of any kind) or enthusiast/hobbyist/appreciator, submit your proposal for the summit or the 3rd issue of The Upper Crust. The theme of both this year is sides: pickles, chips, slaws, side salads, beverage pairings, anything that goes with a sandwich. Proposals can seriously be ANYTHING as long as it is remotely, abstractly, or concretely about sandwiches or sides.
